Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of the TubeAlfred website, free public tools, ChapterFast, the ChapterFast Chrome extension workflow, TubeHarvest Extension Pro, TubeHarvest Cloud, and TubeHarvest Cloud Pro. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
TubeAlfred provides YouTube utility tools for creators, founders, and operators. Our services include browser extensions, logged-in web applications, and free public tools. Some services work only with public YouTube videos. Some paid workflows operate on videos or channels you are authorized to manage or access.
Our browser extensions may operate on youtube.com and studio.youtube.com
to read page context, inject workflow UI, open TubeAlfred pages, and write output such as chapter
text back into the YouTube Studio editor when you explicitly use the relevant feature.
2. Accounts
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, connected devices, and extension access. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, one purchase, license, or subscription is for one individual user.
3. Plans, credits, and subscriptions
- ChapterFast - may include free tools, free modes, or beta access, but the signed-in product primarily uses prepaid credits and account-based generation history.
- TubeHarvest Extension Pro - a local browser product with paid feature access tied to your account.
- TubeHarvest Cloud - a recurring plan for single-video cloud scraping and comment balances.
- TubeHarvest Cloud Pro - a recurring plan for higher-volume and channel-oriented cloud workflows.
- Top-ups - comment top-ups may be sold separately for TubeHarvest cloud usage.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Product packaging, usage limits, beta access, and pricing may change for future purchases or renewals.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our tools to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable law
- Use the free public tools to access private or restricted content you are not authorized to access
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to paid features
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software
- Use extracted data to harass, spam, or harm individuals
- Bypass rate limits, access controls, or anti-abuse protections
- Automate or script interactions with our tools beyond their intended use
5. Intellectual property
TubeAlfred tools, code, and branding are owned by us. YouTube videos, comments, transcripts, and related content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and YouTube's terms. We claim no ownership over the data you lawfully extract or the chapter text you create using our tools.
6. AI output and third-party dependency disclaimer
Chapter suggestions, summaries, and AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. Our services also depend on third-party platforms and providers, including YouTube, transcript providers, AI providers, browser extension APIs, and payment providers. Changes or outages in those systems may affect functionality.
7. Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, suspend, revoke device access, or terminate access to any service if we believe you are abusing the product, violating these terms, creating security risk, or using the services in a way that could harm us, our users, or third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the tools will meet every specific need.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeAlfred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
