These terms govern your use of TubeAlfred tools and services, including ChapterFast, TubeHarvest, and the tubealfred.com website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TubeAlfred provides YouTube utility tools for content creators and operators. Our tools include browser extensions and web applications that help you work with publicly available YouTube data.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One license is for one individual user.

3. TubeHarvest — free and paid tiers

  • Free tier — extract up to 50 top-level comments per video, clipboard export only. No account required.
  • Paid tier — one-time lifetime purchase. Unlocks higher comment limits, reply threading, CSV download, and extraction speed options.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our tools to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable law
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to paid features
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software
  • Use extracted data to harass, spam, or harm individuals
  • Automate or script interactions with our tools beyond their intended use

5. Intellectual property

TubeAlfred tools and branding are owned by us. YouTube comments and content extracted using our tools belong to their respective authors and are subject to YouTube's terms. We claim no ownership over data you extract.

6. Disclaimer

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the tools will meet every specific need. YouTube may change their platform at any time, which could affect tool functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeAlfred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
